PepeKYC Terms of Service

  • By purchasing from our store, you automatically agree to our terms listed below, regardless of whether you have read them or not.
  1. Acceptance and Acknowledgement of Risk

When purchasing accounts, all clients must acknowledge and accept the risks involved and must have done proper research on how to use accounts in a proper and safe manner.

PepeKYC is not obligated to provide guidance and instructions on how to use the accounts purchased. All actions done by the clients after purchase are solely independent of PepeKYC.

Misuse, abuse, or abnormal behaviours of using purchased account, for example: depositing big amount of money into a bank account may result in the banning of the account by the company. And therefore the loss of the accounts. In this case, PepeKYC is not liable for refund/replacement.

  1. Account Delivery
  • Some products in our store require manual delivery, and delivery times will typically range from 1 to 5 days maximum. By purchasing from our store, you acknowledge that product delivery is not instant to ensure the quality and freshness of the account.
  1. Refunds & Replacements
  • By default, none of these accounts have an extended warranty period. You will only be eligible for a refund or replacement if one of the following occurs:
  1. The account becomes unusable within 48 hours after delivery without your intervention.
  2. The account is not delivered as described.
  3. There are issues with the account caused by the seller that affect its overall functionality.

  1. Disputes & Chargebacks
  • As mentioned above, we recommend patience when dealing with us. If you choose to make a dispute without first attempting to reach a common resolution with us, any warranty will be voided. Similarly, if you attempt to initiate a chargeback from our store, you will be banned from future purchases, and your information may be released.
  1. Account Security
  • Please ensure you change all passwords for your security and to ensure you have full access. If there is a recovery email linked to the account, please remove it and replace it with your own within 24 hours.

At PepeKYC, we strive to provide high-quality accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for refunds and replacements. Please review our refund policy carefully:

  • You will be eligible for a refund or replacement only if one of the following conditions is met:
    1. The account becomes unusable within 48 hours after delivery without any action on your part.
    2. The account is not delivered as described.
    3. There are issues with the account caused by the seller that significantly affect its overall functionality.
  1. Requesting a Refund or Replacement
  • If you believe you are eligible for a refund or replacement based on the conditions above, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Provide detailed information about the issue and any supporting evidence.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If approved, we will process your refund or provide a replacement account as soon as possible.
  1. Non-Eligible Situations
  • Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following situations:
    • The account issues are due to actions taken by the buyer, including but not limited to password changes, recovery email updates, or misuse.
    • The request is made beyond the 48-hour window after delivery.
    • The buyer fails to follow the security recommendations provided, such as changing passwords and recovery emails within 24 hours of delivery.
  1. Disputes and Chargebacks
  • We encourage patience and communication in resolving any issues. If you choose to dispute a charge or initiate a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the matter with us, any existing warranty will be voided. Additionally, initiating a chargeback will result in a ban from future purchases and may lead to the release of your information.
